How long will it take before you order lands on your doorstep?
We aim to please and to do this we try to have every order on its way within 48 hours, obviously, some periods of the year are different to others and at Christmas it may take a little longer, but don't despair, it won't be much longer, you will receive a phone call or email within that time to inform you and give a reason why if the delay is longer.

Occasionally an item may be out of stock and holding up an order, to get around this we either put the item on a back order and despatch it as soon as it arrives into us or phone to ask if you would like an alternative product.

If the item has to be specially ordered you should receive an email informing you of this.

Can you speak to a real person?
Of course, we pride itself on friendly and occasionally over talkative staff :) We love a chat as much as the next person, so if you have a query or problem give a call on 01268 541116 and will do our upmost to help you or sort it out. During the Christmas period we do ask that all orders are placed online and where possible emails are used over the phone to allow us to process as many orders as possible.
