Welcome To Cotswold Outdoor

Cotswold Outdoor started life in 1974 as Cotswold Camping. The company premises consisted of a small outbuilding in the Cotswolds, from which the founders sold a range of basic camping accessories. Who would have thought that over 30 years later, we would be a multi-award winning retailer with numerous thriving stores located nationwide, an award winning website and a highly successful mail order service, with one of the most comprehensive ranges of outdoor clothing and equipment in the UK.

Delivery Promise:
Our aim is to deliver your purchases to you within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). However, there will be items that we need to source from our stores and these are shown with delivery times of 10-14 days. Also, please allow slightly longer for the busier periods at Christmas and during the sales.

If for any reason we can't do this we'll get in touch to let you know what is happening and why. If there is a problem with the availability of your chosen goods our customer services staff will let you know the likely delivery date. (You also have the option of alternative products or a refund). Please allow additional time (up to 15 working days) for the delivery of special order items (LIFA, Macpac, Mountain Equipment and Scarpa).

In most instances the parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. we are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient.

If you are out when our couriers call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery.
