First a little bit about You:
We recognise that its extremely difficult when presented with a list of hotels to make a choice, especially if every review says the same thing: beautiful hotel, fantastic location, yada yada. So what do you do? You pick one and cross your fingers.

Well it doesn't have to be like that. At Skoosh we've taken steps to put an end to this hotel lottery. Every hotel we offer we visit personally to make sure it passes our own standards. We think we're very fussy but, naturally, your idea of a nice hotel is not necessarily the same as ours so, in addition to our own descriptions, we've included reviews by customers who have booked through us before.

Whereas most review sites are open to everyone to post reviews, so the genuine comments get diluted, ours only allows submissions from our customers. We don't moderate these reviews - if you don't like something about a hotel we want everyone to know what it is. And if you like the hotel we want everyone to know too!

We believe that the only reason you ever need to stay in a second rate hotel is because of lack of information. In every city there are good hotels in every category and location. And those are the ones you'll find on Skoosh.

The Skoosh team is made up of travel industry, marketing and I.T. professionals with a strong aim to distinguish ourselves through quality, both of product and service.

There is a huge number of companies offering hotel rooms out there, but most don't care if they ever see you as their customer more than that initial time. We want you to keep coming back to Skoosh, and so we need to treat our customers with the respect they deserve.

Skoosh was recently nominated as a regional finalist in the Annual E-Commerce Awards, run by the DTI (Department for Trade & Industry). At a ceremony held at Sandown Park Racecourse on 26th September 2005, Skoosh was announced as the Winner in the Sales & Marketing category in the South East. We were also Highly Commended for Excellence in Customer Service, and came runner-up in the region in this category. We won a very stylish trophy, and a certificate, which will grace the oak beam in our 18th century offices.
